Zaanti (zan-tee): 
    is a sanskit word meaning "interruption".  So what are we interrupting??  Old or bad habits that do not serve us in challenging moments but rather takes us away from an authentic experience.  Examples: complaining in uncomfortable moments, losing "control" or being dramatic instead of responsible and effectively dealing with ourselves and the current environment instead of being enrolled in some mind game or fear based thinking.  

    Yoga can and should be challenging. As we become more connected and hence in-the-moment responsive, we realize that we get to choose our experience and not the external environment or ours past conditioning BUT You (your true-self).  It's a powerful shift in consciousness and the more you practice (I recommend 3-5x/week) the more you'll understand the power of in-the-moment choice-awareness.
